Karma Sherpa Lama - CEO
The son of Purna Lama, has worked closely with his father over the years and, having learnt a lot from his experience, is now the Managing Director of Exodus Trek & Expeditions Nepal (P) Ltd. Having trekked all the major trekking routes in Nepal Karma is now incharge of all trekking and climbing operations. As an active member of the Trekking Agents Association of Nepal (TAAN) and the Himalayan Mountaineering Association (HMA), he ensures we are up to date with the latest developments in the trekking world. Karma also guarantees that you have a safe exhilarating visit to the land of snow and mountains - his home, Nepal.

 

 

 

Pasang Bambo - Managing Director
Karma's brother-in-law is the Managing Director of Exodus Travel & Tours Nepal. He devotes his time to administrative side of the company. Pasang grew up in the Solu Khumbu regions. He completed his Bachelor’s degree from the USA, but his love of the mountains and trekking brought him back to Nepal. His sole motive is for our clients to have the most memorable times of their lives.
